Overview - Payment Certification
As the payment certifier on any project, it is our role to ensure that the billings from the contractor are reasonable and reflect the work that has been completed to date. Additionally, as part of our role we can ensure that the cost to complete for the remaining work is sufficient. This service provides the owner with additional protection to ensure that they are not being over-invoiced for the work completed.
